Guide: Can't watch videos on Lockerz? Here is the solution!

Can't watch videos on Lockerz? Is the flash player only black? Does the error message "The selected item is not currently available" appear? Then read this guide below to find out how to solve the problem...hopefully :)

For people who don't know, Lockerz is a site where you can redeem free gifts with ptz you've collected by doing certain things on the site. For example, by watching videos on the section PLAY allows you to earn ptz. But many people seem to have trouble watching the videos, so we decided to publish a guide on how to solve that problem.

Guide for Windows XP users:
1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. Open the file called "hosts" in notepad
3. Copy the following lines as they are and paste them into the "hosts" file at the bottom, in notepad:

68.142.122.203 lockerz.fcod.llnwd.net www.lockerz.fcod.llnwd.net
87.248.210.253 lockerz.vo.llnwd.net www.lockerz.vo.llnwd.net
87.248.210.187 cdn.spotxchange.com www.cdn.spotxchange.com

4. Save the file "hosts" (overwrite)
5. Restart your web browser

Guide for Windows Vista & 7 users:
1. Right-click on notepad in the starmenu and click "Run as administrator"
2. Click File>Open... to open the "hosts" file located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

3. Copy the following lines as they are and paste them into the "hosts" file at the bottom, in notepad:

68.142.122.203 lockerz.fcod.llnwd.net www.lockerz.fcod.llnwd.net
87.248.210.253 lockerz.vo.llnwd.net www.lockerz.vo.llnwd.net
87.248.210.187 cdn.spotxchange.com www.cdn.spotxchange.com

4. Save the file "hosts" (overwrite)
5. Restart your web browser

You should now be able to watch the videos on Lockerz! If you still can't watch any videos, try to re-install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Not a member yet? Don't worry, just Contact us and we'll send you an invite as soon as possible.
